Dr. Honjo will present a talk highlighting his work, titled, “Future Perspective of Cancer Immunotherapy.” Dr. Honjo is the Deputy Director General of Kyoto University and shared the 2018 Nobel Prize in Medicine or Physiology, and is best known for his identification of programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1).
